I am 26 years old from Guatemala, very soon I will be leaving for Guatemala for the first time in 19 years. Although I have everything in the US I feel I have lost my Identity. No soy americano soy 100% Guatemalteco. No regresare.
I am Cuban-American and born in Miami. This made me cry for the home I have never been able to visit and the family Ive never met. My grandfather was tortured and killed by Castro and so my family never wants to go back. I can not even begin to imagine what it will feel like to meet family for the first time that its only 90 miles away. Thank you for this film.

De divisas ( dollares y euros ) al pais mas que la azucar y todos los demas renglones , Claro esta sin contar los petro dollars que Chaves les roba a los Venezolanos para ayudar a mantener , exportar y formar su socialismo del siglo XXI
en Cuba y el resto de latin America . lo que no saben es que lo estan haciendo con un pueblo sin preparacion academica y ex-Delincuentes ,la historia se repite.Lo mimo que hizo fidel Castro y ya ven el resultado! UN PAIS en ruinas!

Culpa de la opresion, abusos , crimenes y falta de futuro que existe en Cuba para los jovenes . Si Raul Fidel y todos sus complices acesinos ,tiranos y esburros fueran ajusticiados no existiria esta separacion familiar. Este dolor solo es gracias a la tirania (comu.... No, oportunista! de los que oprimen a mi pueblo.

Esta reflejando una familia cubana dividida donde los hermanos se pelean y la madre culpa a el padre del nino por la separacion y dice que el exilio le han matado el amor por su familia.
Eso no es la realidad !
El pueblo cubano exiliado ama a sus familiares en la isla ,luchan y ayudan diariamente a sus gentes y se sufre mucho la separacion y el abandono de l patria.
Si no saben ustede que nosotros somos en la mayoria exiliados politicos ! Culpa
Esto no es mas que una propaganda politica ,realizada dirigida y aprovada por el govierno de Cuba.
Donde describen un exilio horrendo ,Una vida dolorosa y triste,sobre todo muy cara.
Eso no es asi ! En los Estados uniddos la unica realidad es que hay que trabajar y luchar por la vida, Osea que no es pais para vagos ladrones y delincuentes .esos a la larga o a la corta perecen.

Ah. This hit me hard. I came from China 12 years ago. Last year, I returned to visit my family, but as an American Citizen. I know I've changed. And I fear that I've lost too much time with them. But I still love my family.
