This 20-minute segment of Pangea Day focuses on the concept of us and them. It starts with the funny but pointed short "Elevator Music," about how we share space with many other kinds of people. Next is Robert Kurzban, who studies prejudice -- and has made some surprising findings about human nature. Then the film "Stille Post" plays a game you might know as Chinese Whispers or Telephone, with a twist. The short film "Roadwork" takes a searching look at the most intimate connection between us and them -- the love of our children. Hypernova, the white-hot band from Iran, connects us all with the universal love of rock-and-roll. Finally, "The Slap" tells the story of a mysterious event on an Iranian train.
